Ian Morgan is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with initial experience in a major international accounting firm.

Ian’s subsequent experience includes six years as Financial Controller and Company Secretary for the Republic Group merchant bank, as well as its listed and unlisted public company affiliates.

He spent two years as Group Financial Controller for Green’s Foods Limited and five years as Financial Accountant for AKZO Australia Limited, the Australian subsidiary of the AKZO chemical and pharmaceutical group.

Ian has been involved in the resources sector for many years and his current clients include being Company Secretary for Finders Resources Ltd, Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group Pty Ltd and King Island Scheelite Limited.

He also is a director and consults to Spencer Hamilton Limited and Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, companies specialising in the resources industry and providing corporate advisory, financial, company secretarial and commercial contracting services to listed and unlisted companies.

Robert J Waring (Non-Executive Director)

Robert Waring is a Chartered Accountant with an initial nine years experience with the major international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand. He has also been a Company Secretary since 1990.

Robert’s experience has been gained over 33 years in financial corporate roles including 17 years as a Company Secretary and 13 years as a Director of a number of companies including an ASX listed company.

Robert has had 23 years experience in the resources sector with an initial experience of nine years with the major mining company North Limited/Peko-Wallsend Ltd in various divisional roles including Head Office Financial Accountant. Robert was also Company Secretary for Austirex International Limited, and Financial Controller Exploration and Financial Controller Metalliferous Mining for North Limited.

Robert has previously been Company Secretary for a number of other ASX listed companies including BioDiscovery Limited, Gloucester Coal Ltd, Lachlan Resources NL and Cloncurry Mining Company NL, and the non-listed bank Resource Finance Corporation Ltd.

Robert is also a director of Spencer Hamilton Limited and Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd (a member of the Hamilton Group of Companies), which provide financial, company secretarial and commercial contracting services to both listed and unlisted companies specialising in the resources industry.

Robert is presently a Director and Company Secretary for the ASX listed company PlatSearch NL, as well as Company Secretary for other ASX listed companies including Aeris Environental Ltd, Icon Resources Ltd, Intec Ltd and Brain Resource Ltd.

Heath L Roberts (Non-Executive Director)

Heath Roberts is a Solicitor and Company Secretary. He has a base of four year’s experience as a Solicitor in a broad range of legal work including corporate, commercial and property law. Heath then expanded into Company Secretarial practice, corporate advice and fund raising, with a focus on the resource and mining sectors.

He has a strong corporate background and significant experience in project assessment, tenement management and general administration.

Heath has had over ten year’s broad commercial experience with a range of ASX listed companies including as Company Secretary for Michelago Ltd for ten years up until early 2006, Company Secretary for Geopacific Resources NL, a Director of WCP Resources Limited, Assistant Company Secretary for Intec Ltd and has carried out briefs for Gloucester Coal Ltd, Klondike Source Limited and other unlisted resource and mining groups.  He was also Company Secretary of the Sydney Kings basketball company in 2001.

Heath’s experience in the resources sector also includes two years as Legal Officer/Mineral Properties Officer with Hetherington Exploration & Mining Title Services Pty Limited, which included extensive landowner negotiations.

Heath is also a consultant to Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd, a company providing financial, company secretarial and commercial contracting services to both listed and unlisted companies specialising in the resources industry.

Heath is presently a Director and Company Secretary for the ASX listed Western Plains Resources Ltd.

Grahame Clegg (Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary)
B Comm, CA, ACIS, FTIA, AFAIM, MAICD

Grahame Clegg is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary with a base of 15 years experience with Deloitte and Price Waterhouse.  More recent experience includes 10 years with Plutonic Resources Limited in various roles including Financial Controller, Company Secretary and Taxation Manager.

Grahame is a Director of Oakhill Hamilton Pty Ltd and carries out accounting and company secretarial work for a number of ASX listed public companies.
